Praxair, Inc. has named Robert S. Vruggink president of Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, and a vice president of Praxair, Inc. Mr. Vruggink joined Praxair in 2001 and is currently area director for Praxair’s U.S. southern region for industrial gases.
